Fortum declines comment on oil spill report

"We cannot comment at the moment... We have to wait for word from the
police," Fortum Naantali refinery spokesman Pekka Vennonen told Reuters.
National broadcaster YLE earlier said a probe by the National Bureau of
Investigation had found the oil spill reported over a week ago was from
Fortum's Naantali refinery, and it quoted police as saying legal action
would be taken.
Police in the town of Turku near Naantali could not immediately be
reached for confirmation of the report.
So far, Fortum has repeatedly rejected allegations its refinery could
have caused the oil spill that contaminated the shoreline of Ruissalo
island. It has said the leaked oil was a different kind than that made
at the refinery.
