Nuon Sells Spanish Wind Energy Operations to EDP

Nuon said in a statement EDP would also assume the debt of the Spanish DESA business of about 222 million euros, adding the deal was not subject to regulatory approval and was expected to close next week.
DESA owns operating wind farms distributed across four Spanish regions as well as wind farms under development, Nuon said.
