Czechs to Propose 100 Million Tonnes Per Year CO2 Cap

EU member states are due to present their proposals for the 2008-2012 emissions cap, part of phase two of the carbon emissions trading scheme, by the end of June. Pazdera said there may be a delay on the Czech side due to elections on June 2-3.
