The company also said it expected the Nuclear Installations Inspectorate to give permission for the second unit at Hinkley Point B and two units at Hunterston B to be restarted over the next few weeks.
The four units had been shut down for inspection, repair and the preparation of safety cases related to boiler tube cracking issues, the company said in a statement.
