Chinese Vice Premier Hui Liangyu has asked local authorities to take measures against forest fires and demanded local governments be cautious about forest fires as the weather in southwest China's Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan provinces becomes warmer and drier, Xinhua News Agency reported.
