Northern Spanish Vizcaya province's local government has announced plans to invest 100 million euros (US$160 million) in the construction of a new Guggenheim museum in the town of Sukarrieta (shown in the picture), in the UNESCO biosphere reserve of Urdaibai, 40 km (25 miles) from Bilbao, local media said.
